Ingredients
- 24 raw shrimp (with head and shell)
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 5 basil sprigs
- 4 tomatoes
- 500 g linguine
- Salt
- 30 ml olive oil
- 200 ml dry white wine
- 2 pinch chicken bouillon powder
- pepper (ground)

Wash the shrimp and pat them dry with kitchen paper. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash the basil, shake off excess water, and cut the leaves into strips. Remove stems from tomatoes, blanch for about 30 seconds in boiling water, peel skin, quarter flesh, deseed, and dice. Cook linguine in salted boiling water according to package instructions.

Heat olive oil in a large pan. Sauté shrimp on both sides for about 1 minute each. Add garlic and tomato cubes, deglaze with white wine. Stir in chicken bouillon and basil. Simmer for about 2 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Drain linguine and toss with the pan contents.
