Ingredients

  • 400 g fusilli
  • 200 g pre-cooked shrimp (cooked)
  • 200 g Sugar snap peas
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 EL lemon juice
  • 4 EL grape seed oil
  • Salz

Instructions

    Cook the fusilli in boiling salted water until al dente, then rinse with cold water and drain. Wash the sugar snap peas, trim them, cut diagonally in half, blanch for 1-2 minutes in salted water, rinse and drain. Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove seeds and slice into thin strips.

    Whisk together lemon juice and oil, fold in remaining salad ingredients, season with salt, and serve.
