Ingredients
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 600 g squid (cut into rings)
- 8 black olives (pitted)
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 Tbsp lime juice
- Sea salt
- paprika powder
- lettuce (optional for garnish)
Instructions

Peel, halve, seed the peppers and slice them into thin strips.

Slice the olives into rounds.

Sauté the squid rings in not-too-hot olive oil in a pan until just browned. Add lime juice and pepper strips, cover and gently simmer for about 4-5 minutes. Add olives, season with salt and paprika powder, and arrange on plates. Sprinkle more paprika powder and serve garnished with a lettuce bouquet.
