Ingredients
- Paprika peppers (1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow each)
- 2 red onions
- 200 g mild sheep cheese
- 2 tbsp wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Salad leaves
Instructions

Halve the bell peppers, remove stems and seeds, wash them, then shave into thin strips with a vegetable peeler. Peel the onions and slice into thin rings or shred.

Mix all ingredients together. Crumble the sheep cheese over the mixture. Whisk vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper to make a dressing and drizzle it on top. Arrange the salad on bowls of lettuce leaves and finish with freshly ground pepper.
