Ingredients

  • 2 salad leaves
  • 60 g sardines (pickled in brine)
  • 2 tbsp Capers (jarred)
  • 12 shrimp (prepped, only tail segment peeled)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Sea salt
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • black pepper
  • olive oil (optional)

Instructions

    Unfurl the salad leaves, rinse and shake dry. Drain the sardines and capers. Wash and pat shrimp dry. In a pan with hot oil, cook the shrimp with a pressed garlic clove for about 3 minutes, turning until pink. Season with sea salt.

    Whisk yogurt, cream, and lemon juice for the dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange salad leaves with sardines, shrimp, and capers on plates. Drizzle with dressing and optionally finish with a few drops of olive oil. Serve with fresh baguette if desired.
