Ingredients
- 250 g puff pastry (frozen)
- soft butter (for the tart pan)
- 20 g butter
- 40 ml Calvados
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 sour apples

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

Roll out the puff pastry to match the size of the pan and line the greased tart pan with it.

Warm the butter with the Calvados and honey and let it melt.

Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core, then cut the quarters into strips. Arrange the strips in a fan shape on the dough. Brush with the Calvados-butter mixture and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes until golden brown, brushing again during baking.

Remove from the oven and serve sliced while still warm or cooled.
