Sheep Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of sandwich bread
  • 80 g margarine
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 Mini Cucumber
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 50 g black olives (pitted)
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • pepper freshly ground
  • optional mint leaves

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Lightly toast the sandwich slices. Let cool and spread with margarine.

    Rinse tomatoes and cucumber, slice them. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Slice the olives. Crumble the sheep cheese.

    Layer 4 buttered toast slices with prepared ingredients, seasoning with salt and pepper as desired. Sprinkle mint leaves if you like.

    Cover each with another buttered toast slice. Gently press together and cut diagonally once.
