Egg and Bacon Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices breakfast bacon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 slices sandwich bread
  • 4 tsp ketchup
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 4 tsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • lettuce leaves
  • 50 g sprouts
  • 2 tbsp red basil (chopped)

Instructions

    Pan-fry bacon in hot butter until crisp, remove from pan. Fry eggs on both sides in the cooking fat. Toast bread. For each sandwich spread a slice with ketchup, cream cheese and mayonnaise.

    Distribute prepared ingredients on sandwich slices, stack them. Cut diagonally and sprinkle basil.
