Ingredients
- 2 Handfuls Basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 30 g pine nuts
- 80 ml mild olive oil
- 25 g parmesan (freshly grated)
- 200 g double cream cream cheese
- 25 ml whipping cream
- pepper (ground)
- 1 pack sesame-grissini (125 g)
- 150 g Parma ham (thinly sliced)

For the pesto, wash and dry the basil. Peel and halve the garlic. Blend basil, garlic, pine nuts, olive oil, and parmesan with a stick blender until smooth.

For the grissini, whisk the cream cheese with the whipping cream until smooth and season with pepper. Spread the cream cheese thinly over half of each grissini and wrap the ham slices around the cheese. Serve immediately with the pesto.
