Ingredients

  • 150 g cucumber
  • 1 handful young spinach leaves
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • 4 seeded rolls
  • 4 tsp tomato paste
  • 50 g mixed sprouts (Reformhaus)
  • 1 tbsp corn kernels (canned)

Instructions

    Rinse the cucumber and slice it thinly.

    Wash the spinach leaves, rinse again, and pat dry with kitchen paper.

    Slice the sheep cheese into rounds.

    Cut the rolls in half. Spread tomato paste on the bottom halves. Layer the prepared ingredients along with sprouts and corn kernels. Place the top halves over them.
