Ingredients
- 600 g mixed frozen seafood
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g butter
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 20 ml cognac
- 2 cloves garlic
- 150 g whipping cream
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 small papaya
- 1 cucumber
- 2 handfuls fresh spinach
Instructions

Thaw the seafood and pat dry.

Wash the tomatoes and slice. Halve, pit, peel and cube the papaya. Wash the cucumber and slice it.

Sauté the seafood in hot butter with olive oil for 1–2 minutes, pour in cognac, season with curry, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper, squeeze in the peeled garlic cloves, add tomatoes, papaya and cucumbers, then pour in the cream. Mix well and simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve over fresh spinach leaves in a bowl if desired.
