Sea Trout with Egg

Ingredients

  • 600 g sea trout fillet
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • Lemon juice
  • 5 Tbsp breadcrumbs
  • vegetable oil
  • 400 g rice
  • paprika powder

Instructions

    Bring water to a boil, add slightly more than double the amount of rice and lightly salt it. Cover and let it simmer on low heat until tender.

    Wash the fillets, pat dry and cut into portions. Drizzle with lemon juice. Dredge in flour, shake off excess. Beat eggs, season with salt and pepper. Dip fillets in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
