Parmesan Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 old roll
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 80 g pine nuts
  • 30 g grated Parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

    Process the roll into coarse crumbs. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash and finely chop the parsley, then mix everything with cheese, egg, pine nuts, and ground beef, seasoning with salt, pepper, and thyme.

    Shape the meat mixture into parmesan meatballs, brush with oil, and grill on a hot grill for 10 minutes per side.
