Ingredients

  • 3 kg sea buckthorn berries
  • 150 g sugar

Instructions

    Rinse, wash the berries and place them in a large pot with 1½ l water; slowly heat, bring to a boil, and let it boil only once.

    Puree or crush everything finely. Strain through a sieve and briefly simmer the juice with the sugar.

  3. 3.

    Pour hot into clean, tightly sealed bottles and seal immediately. Let cool and serve garnished with sea buckthorn berries.
