Ingredients
- 0.5 Camembert cake (or Brie cake approx 1.5 kg)
- 200 g lingonberry jam
- 2 sheets of white gelatin
- 250 g blue and green grapes
- 3 kiwis
- 5 strawberries
- Lemon juice
Instructions

Cut the Camembert horizontally with a binding thread in half. Soak the gelatin in cold water and squeeze out excess.

Dissolve in hot lemon juice and stir into the lingonberry jam. Spread onto one half of the cheese surface and place the other half on top. Refrigerate.
