- 4 sea bass
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp chopped mixed herbs
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 romaine lettuce heart
- 1 Carrot
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- 0.33 stalk leek
- 4 bay leaves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Wash the sea bass, pat dry and place each fish on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Wash, trim, and halve the radishes. Tear the lettuce heart into small pieces.

Wash, peel, and julienne the carrot. Wash and pat dry the cherry tomatoes, then quarter them. Wash the leek and slice into thin rings. Mix the vegetables, fill the fish with them, and place on the foil.

Add the bay leaves and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, fold the foil over the fish, and seal. Place on a hot grill and cook for about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
