- 400 g wheat flour
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 50 g dried apricots (finely chopped)
- 50 ml melted butter
- 150 ml whole milk

Preheat the oven to 250°C. Mix wheat flour, salt, baking powder and apricots. Gradually add butter and milk, kneading with the dough hooks of an electric hand mixer until a dough forms.

With floured hands shape into 8 balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the hot oven for about 10 minutes until golden yellow. Serve with blackberry jam.
