Ingredients
- 80 g peeled almonds
- 20 g peeled pistachios
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 140 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 130 g flour

Roast the nuts in a hot pan without fat until fragrant, then remove, cool, roughly chop and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with upper and lower heat.

Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt it with butter over a hot, non-boiling water bath. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Beat the eggs and mix them with the sugar into the chocolate. Sprinkle flour on top and fold in the nuts. Spread the batter in a parchment-lined springform pan and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove, cool, and serve.
