Nut Cake

Ingredients
- 100 g dark chocolate couverture
- 180 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g Sour cream
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 250 g flour
- 150 g ground hazelnuts
- 150 g macadamia nuts
- 150 g white chocolate couverture

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) with upper and lower heat. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Coarsely chop the dark chocolate couverture, melt it over a hot water bath, then let it cool slightly. Cream the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Gradually add eggs, beating until pale and creamy. Fold in sour cream and melted chocolate. Mix baking powder with flour and ground nuts, then fold into the batter. Gently stir in macadamia nuts and pour the dough into the pan. Smooth the top and bake for about 40 minutes (test with a toothpick). Remove from oven and let cool in the pan.

For decoration, chop and melt chocolate couverture. Drizzle it linearly over the cake and allow to set. Cut the cake into squares, then into wedges, and serve.
