Ingredients
- 150 g wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 50 g butter
- 1 tbsp black olives (pitted)
- 1 tbsp sun‑dried tomatoes (in oil)
- olive oil (for the tins)
Instructions

Knead flour, egg, salt and butter into a smooth dough; if needed add a little cold water. Wrap in cling film and chill for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C fan‑forced.

Divide the dough in half. Fold finely chopped olives and tomatoes into each half. Roll out the dough, cut slightly larger than the tins and line the oiled tartlet tins with it. Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
