Savory Fruit-vegetable Skewers

Ingredients
- 80 g dried plums
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp curry (ground)
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 5 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 large zucchini
- 100 g small mushrooms
- 1 peach
- 150 g papaya flesh
- 4 shallots

Soak the plums in lukewarm water for about 30 minutes. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix with curry, lemon juice, honey and oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Trim and wash celery and zucchini, cutting them into bite-sized pieces. Clean the mushrooms. Wash the peach, halve it, pit it and cut into wedges. Cut papaya into chunks. Peel and halve the shallots. Thread the vegetables and fruits onto skewers with the drained plums. Brush with the marinated mixture and let rest covered for about 30 minutes.

Afterwards, place the well-drained skewers on a hot grill pan or aluminum sheet, turning occasionally, for about 8 minutes. Occasionally brush again with the remaining marinade.
