Ingredients

  • 75 g flour
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 8 slices ultra-thin Parma ham
  • 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Whisk the flour with the milk until smooth, then fold in the egg and salt. Let rest for 5-10 minutes.

    Heat a little oil in a pan and cook four thin crêpes one after another.

    Top each crêpe with two slices of ham, sprinkle with Parmesan, grind a bit of pepper on top, roll tightly and serve.
