- 300 g salmon fillet (skinless)
- 1 handful dill
- 150 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 100 ml milk
- Salt
- ground pepper
- butter (for the pan)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) with upper and lower heat. Wash the salmon fillet, pat dry with kitchen paper, and cut into cubes. Wash the dill, shake dry, and chop the leaves.

Mix flour with baking powder, then whisk together eggs, oil, and milk to form a smooth batter. Fold in the salmon cubes and dill. Season with salt and pepper.

Butter a loaf pan. Pour in the batter and bake in the preheated oven for 40–45 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the salmon loaf briefly and check if the batter is cooked through. Extend baking time if the toothpick comes out wet. Serve warm or cold.
