Ingredients

  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 60 g white sesame
  • 60 g black sesame
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 8 figs
  • lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices of white bread
  • olive oil

Instructions

    Combine both types of sesame.

    Peel and finely dice the onion. Mix with cream cheese and honey, season with salt and pepper. Form about 12 small balls (best with wet hands) and roll them in sesame.

    Wash and clean lettuce, arrange on plates or a large platter.

    Place the balls on top. Wash figs, pat dry, halve them, and add to the balls.

    Drizzle olive oil over white bread and grill both sides until golden brown under a hot grill. Slice into strips and serve with the balls.
