Ingredients
- 100 g sugar
- 400 g shelled almond kernels
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 0.5 tsp Fleur de sel

Add the sugar to 100 ml water in a pot and heat while stirring. Mix in the almonds and continue stirring for 8-10 minutes until they crystallize, then melt and caramelize until golden brown. Remove from heat, stir in the oil and sprinkle the salt. Once evenly distributed, spread the almonds on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let cool.
