Ingredients
- 400 g spinach
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime oil
- a pinch nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 Shallot

Clean the spinach before cooking by picking out stems, rinsing, and spinning dry. Peel the garlic and shallot and finely dice both.

In a pan, sauté with a mixture of olive and lime oil until translucent, add the spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Serve immediately.
