Sausage Tomato Pizza

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 0.5 cube yeast (20 g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g ketchup
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp finely chopped basil
- Pepper (from the grinder)
- 2 Tomatoes
- 200 g smoked sausage
- 2 small red chili peppers
- 150 g grated cheese (e.g., Emmental)
Instructions

Whisk yeast into 120 ml water with sugar until smooth. Add flour, oil and salt to a mixing bowl, pour in dissolved yeast and knead with the dough hooks of an electric hand mixer into a smooth dough (add more flour or water if needed). Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.

Wash tomatoes and slice them. Slice sausage.

Wash chili peppers, slit lengthwise, deseed and finely chop.

Roll out dough on a floured surface into a circle and line a greased pizza pan with it. Spread ketchup over the dough and sprinkle with chopped chili, herbs and freshly ground pepper. Arrange sausage slices on top, then add tomato slices. Sprinkle everything with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (bottom heating) for about 12–15 minutes.
