Ingredients

  • 500 g flour (Type 1050)
  • 1 cube yeast (42 g)
  • Salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 250 ml warm water
  • 2 chicken breast fillets (about 160 g each)
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1 small red chili pepper (deveined, finely chopped)
  • 1 shallot (finely chopped)
  • cumin (½ tsp, ground)
  • coriander (½ tsp, ground)
  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 6 tbsp Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 500 g yogurt (3.7 % fat)

Instructions

    Halve the chicken fillets lengthwise and cut into small slices. Mix remaining ingredients (except large onions) into a marinade and marinate the meat strips for several hours.

    Dissolve yeast with sugar and a little warm water until liquid. Mix flour with 1 tsp salt and knead with yeast and remaining water into a smooth dough. Add more water or flour as needed to achieve desired consistency. Let dough rise in a warm, draft‑free place for 60 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 250°C. Peel onions and cut into wedges. Roll out dough on a floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet. Brush dough with sesame oil and top with drained chicken slices and onions. Drizzle remaining marinade over the toppings. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.

    Cut pizza into pieces, add 1 tbsp yogurt on each piece, and garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
