Sausage Salad

Ingredients
- 200 g pork sausage
- 1 Red Onion
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 pickled cucumbers
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 4 tbsp vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 radishes
- 2 tbsp chives
Instructions

Peel the sausage, slice it thinly and arrange on a platter.

Peel the onion, cut into very thin rings or shave them and distribute over the sausage. Season with salt and pepper.

Slice the pickled cucumbers thinly and scatter them over the sausage salad. Mix vinegar, pickle juice, broth, and oil together and pour over the salad. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Before serving wash, trim, finely dice the radishes and sprinkle with chives on top of the salad.
