Ingredients
- 450 g frozen puff pastry
- 200 g veal mince
- 250 g pork mince (-Mett)
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder (spicy)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 Shallot
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- flour (for working)
- 1 Egg white
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp chopped chives

Let the puff pastry thaw while lying side by side.

Combine the veal mince with pork mince in a bowl. Peel and press the garlic into the mixture. Finely chop the shallot and add it as well. Beat in the ice and knead everything with the spices to form a meat dough. Shape six long sausages from the dough. Roll each pastry sheet slightly larger on a lightly floured surface. Place one sausage on each pastry sheet, brush the edges with some egg white, fold the sides in, roll up, seam side down onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Whisk the yolk with milk and brush the tops. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20-30 minutes until golden yellow. Remove from the oven, halve the sausages, sprinkle with chives, plate and serve.
