Stuffed Rolls "Veggi's Favorite"

Filled rolls "Veggi's Favorite" with vegetable-herb cream: each roll contains enough vitamin C to meet your child's daily requirement.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 bundle chives
  • 0.5 bundle parsley
  • 0.5 small lemon
  • 150 g cream cheese (13% fat)
  • 100 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Mini Cucumber
  • 2 whole-grain rolls

Instructions

    Wash and dry the chives and parsley, then cut into ribbons or finely chop.

    Squeeze the lemon to extract juice.

    In a bowl, blend cream cheese and yogurt with herbs until smooth. Season with 1–2 tsp lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

    Halve the bell pepper, remove seeds, wash, and slice into 4 cm strips.

    Wash, peel, and cut the carrot into 4 cm strips. Peel and cut the cucumber similarly.

  6. 6.

    Fold the vegetable strips into the herb cream and adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

    Cut a lid from each roll and hollow out the interior. Fill the rolls with the herb cream and replace the lids.
