Ingredients

  • 2 roasted nori sheets
  • 1 small can sauerkraut
  • 0.25 yellow bell pepper
  • 0.25 red bell pepper
  • 3 tbsp mung bean sprouts
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • sprouts (for garnish)

Instructions

    Cut the nori sheets crosswise in half. Wash and drain the mung bean sprouts well. Wash the peppers, remove the white part and seeds, and slice into sticks. Wash the lettuce and cut into strips about 5 cm wide; top with pepper strips and roll up. Drain the sauerkraut thoroughly and mix with the mung bean sprouts. Lay the nori sheets one after another on a rolling mat, spread the sauerkraut‑sprout mixture, leave a 2 cm strip free, press firmly, place the lettuce‑pepper roll seam side down in the center, and roll tightly toward the open edge.

    Cut the sushi rolls into four equal pieces. Arrange two rolls per plate, put the rest on a platter. Serve garnished with sprouts.
