Ingredients

  • 5 Nori sheets
  • 300 g prepared sushi rice
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Wasabi paste

Instructions

    Spread a thin layer of wasabi on each nori sheet with your finger, place it on a bamboo mat and evenly spread sushi rice over it, leaving a border free.

    Peel the avocados, remove the pits, and cut the flesh into thin strips. Place them horizontally in the center of the rice bed and press slightly in. Lift the lower edge of the mat, hold the rice with your fingers, and roll toward the upper edge. Shape the wrapped roll with both hands.

    Unroll the finished roll from the mat, firmly press the open ends, and cut into thick slices with a sharp knife.

    Repeat until all ingredients are used.

    Arrange the sushi rolls on a platter with cucumber and carrot slices.
