Ingredients
- 300 g fresh sauerkraut
- 400 g Carrots
- 1 chili pepper
- 100 g Sour cream
- 1 tbsp germ oil
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- 20 g chopped hazelnuts
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Loosen the sauerkraut with a fork. Peel and grate the carrots. Wash, halve, deseed, and finely dice the chili pepper. Whisk sour cream with oil, sugar, half the nuts, chili cubes, salt, and pepper; taste and fold in parsley.

Combine sauerkraut and carrots with dressing, plate, sprinkle remaining nuts, and garnish with parsley leaves.
