Ingredients
- 8 slices of turkey cutlets (≈80 g each)
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 250 g cream cheese
- 3 tbsp oat bran
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 sprigs sage
- vegetable oil (for frying)

Rinse the cutlets, pat dry and gently pound flat if needed. Wash the tomatoes and quarter them. Mix the cheese with oat bran and tomatoes, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Lay each turkey slice with a few torn sage leaves, spread the filling on top, roll up, secure with toothpicks, and season with salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil for 6–8 minutes until golden brown.

Serve over spinach salad if desired.
