Ingredients
- 8 thin small veal cutlets
- 8 slices of Parmaschinken
- 8 large sage leaves
- salt (pepper)
- olive oil
Instructions

Tenderly flatten the veal cutlets. Place a slice of ham and a sage leaf on each cutlet and secure with a toothpick. Season the cutlets with salt and pepper and brush lightly with olive oil.

Place the cutlets, meat side down, on an oiled grill grate and grill for 2 minutes, flip, then grill the other side for another 1/2 minute. Serve immediately.
