Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 6 slices Parmigiano ham
  • 24 sage leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Cut each chicken breast fillet into three equal diagonal pieces. Cut the Parmigiano ham crosswise. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then roll each piece in one slice of ham with two sage leaves and secure with toothpicks.

    Heat oil and butter in a pan and quickly brown the rolls all around for about 3-4 minutes.
