Ingredients
- 2 pre‑cooked, smoked chicken breast fillets (sliced thin)
- 1 large ripe pear (pitted, unpeeled and sliced thinly)
- 4 handfuls of young spinach leaves (washed)
- 60 g Jarlsberg cheese (diced or thinly sliced)
- 3 Tbsp walnut kernels (coarsely chopped)
- 3 tbsp Walnut Oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- crushed mustard
- Salt (and freshly ground pepper)
Instructions

First prepare the dressing. Simply whisk together walnut oil, balsamic vinegar and mustard until smooth, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a spacious salad bowl combine the spinach leaves, chicken breast, pear slices and Jarlsberg. Pour the dressing over and gently toss to coat evenly.

Plate the salad on serving dishes and sprinkle with walnut pieces.
