Ingredients
- 500 g mixed nuts (such as peanuts, pecans, almonds, walnut halves etc.)
- 100 g salt
- 500 ml neutral oil
Instructions

Mix nuts and salt, cover with water in a pot.

Cook for 5 minutes, strain in a sieve and let dry for at least 60 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, roast nuts until light brown, then drain again.

Cool and fill into bags.
