Ingredients

  • 500 g mixed nuts (such as peanuts, pecans, almonds, walnut halves etc.)
  • 100 g salt
  • 500 ml neutral oil

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Mix nuts and salt, cover with water in a pot.

  2. 2.

    Cook for 5 minutes, strain in a sieve and let dry for at least 60 minutes.

  3. 3.

    Heat oil in a pan, roast nuts until light brown, then drain again.

  4. 4.

    Cool and fill into bags.
