Vegetable Tortillas

Whether at home or on the go, the vegetable tortillas from Spoonsparrow are sure to be a hit and also healthy!

Ingredients

  • 4 tortilla sheets
  • 2 bell peppers (red and orange)
  • 150 g radishes
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 80 g frisée lettuce
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp horseradish (jar)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Warm the tortilla sheets according to package instructions in the oven or a skillet for a few minutes.

    Wash, halve, and slice the bell peppers into strips. Wash and dice or quarter the radishes. Peel, halve lengthwise, deseed, and cut the cucumber into sticks.

    Wash, trim, and let the frisée lettuce dry thoroughly; tear into small pieces if desired. Mix the cream cheese with horseradish and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

    Spread the seasoned cream cheese mixture onto the slightly cooled tortilla sheets, top with the frisée lettuce, then arrange the sliced vegetables on top. Roll up each tortilla and serve halves, optionally tying with a strip of Bast if desired.
