  • 12 figs
  • 50 g powdered sugar

    Preheat the oven to 60-70°C fan.

    Wash the figs, pat dry and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. You may stack multiple sheets; keep a small gap in the door for better air circulation.

    Bake for several hours, checking occasionally and swapping trays if needed. Once dried, slice the figs, dust with powdered sugar, and serve in a bowl.
