- 80 g Gorgonzola
- 125 ml milk
- 80 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp dry white wine
- pepper (ground)
- chives rings (for garnish)

Dice the Gorgonzola. Bring the milk to a gentle boil in a small saucepan, then remove from heat and stir in the cream cheese and Gorgonzola until melted; let cool slightly.

Before serving whisk in the wine, season with pepper, transfer to a bowl, and garnish with chives rings.
