Ingredients

  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 hard‑boiled egg
  • 4 small pickles
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Peel the shallot and dice finely. Peel the egg and chop finely. Dice the pickles. Chop the capers.

    Whisk yogurt with mayonnaise and mustard. Fold in the shallot, egg, and pickles, then season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Taste for spiciness. Garnish with chopped egg and chives if desired.
