Salmon with Capers and Lemon

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 lemons
- 1 tsp Dried Dill
- 2 tbsp capers (pickled)
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper (white)

Clean the salmon fillets. Wash the lemons, cut them in half, slice three halves into rounds and juice the remaining half. Drizzle lemon juice over the salmon fillets, sprinkle with dill and top with lemon slices.

Drain capers and distribute over the salmon pieces. Place the salmon fillets in a steamer basket. Fill the pot with some salted water, put the steamer basket inside and steam covered for about 10-15 minutes. Serve hot salmon with capers and lemon alongside salad.
