Ingredients

  • 100 g flour
  • 200 g oat flour
  • 200 g butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • Pepper
  • up to 50 ml whipping cream
  • smoked salmon
  • Cream cheese
  • dill
  • Gorgonzola
  • parsley
  • cottage cheese
  • strawberries

Instructions

    Add all dough ingredients except the cream into a food processor with a blade and process until crumbs form. Transfer to a work surface, add a little cream, and knead into a smooth dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then roll out thinly on a floured surface or between two sheets of parchment and cut 4–5 cm circles.

    Place the circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 °C for about 12 minutes. Remove from the oven, lift off the parchment, and let cool.

    Top as desired with cream cheese, salmon, and dill or Gorgonzola and parsley, or cottage cheese and strawberries before serving.
