Salmon Tartare with Avocado

This Avocado Salmon Tartare from Spoonsparrow is perfect for clean eating enthusiasts.

Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 2 sprigs dill
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 squeezes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 45 g Capers (from a jar, drained)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 350 g Smoked salmon (sliced)
  • 1 packet watercress

Instructions

    Halve the avocados, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh and dice it. Peel, wash, and dice the cucumber as well. Wash, dry, and chop the dill. Mix the avocado and cucumber with dill, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.

    Mix mustard, honey, vinegar, olive oil, and capers to make a dressing, season with salt and pepper. Blanch the tomatoes, peel them, and remove the seeds; finely dice the flesh and add it to the dressing.

    Arrange the avocado-cucumber mixture on 4 plates using kitchen rings. Lift the rings off, spread the salmon slices on the tartare and drizzle with dressing. Cut the watercress from the bunch and garnish the avocado salmon tartare with it.
