Sautéed Mushrooms

Sautéed Mushrooms from Spoonsparrow – easy, quick and delicious! They are the perfect dinner with fresh bread.

Ingredients

  • 500 g mixed mushrooms (e.g., champignons, chanterelles, porcini, oyster mushrooms)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 onions
  • 5 tbsp olive oil (50 g each)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 sprig rosemary

Instructions

    Clean the mushrooms and slice them into thick slices.

    Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onions until translucent and add the garlic. Add the mushrooms and fry until the released mushroom juice is almost evaporated.

    Season the sautéed mushrooms with pepper and salt. Wash, dry and finely chop the parsley and rosemary. Serve the mushroom pan sprinkled with herbs.
