Salmon Tartare on Cress Bread

Ingredients
- 70 g smoked salmon (2 slices)
- 0.5 organic lime
- 20 g horseradish root (1 piece)
- 0.5 apple
- 4 radishes
- 1 tbsp sour cream (10% fat)
- 60 g whole grain toast (2 slices)
- 0.5 packet cress
Instructions

Coarsely chop the salmon with a large knife and place it in a small bowl.

Rinse half a lime hot, dry it, then finely grate its zest. Squeeze the lime half and add the juice and zest to the salmon.

Wash the horseradish, peel it with a paring knife and grate finely on a grater.

Wash half an apple, halve it, core it and grate it unpeeled as well. Clean, wash and dry the radishes.

Mix the horseradish, apple and sour cream with the salmon. Toast the bread, spread the salmon tartare on it and sprinkle cress on top. Garnish with radishes and serve.
