- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- 800 g vegetable croquettes (frozen ready-made product)
- 1 packet light herb sauce (ready-made)
- 600 g mixed vegetables (e.g., broccoli, spring onions, carrots, kohlrabi, sugar snap peas)
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 3 tbsp butter

Season salmon steaks with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice.

Wash, trim, peel if necessary, and cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Blanch each type separately in boiling salted water until al dente, shock in ice water, then drain.
