Ingredients

  • 600 g salmon fillet
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 8 tsp mayonnaise
  • 8 wooden skewers
  • oil
  • tarragon leaves

Instructions

    Wash the salmon, pat dry, and cut into 24 equal cubes. Drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and thread three cubes onto each skewer.

    Coat a grill pan with a little oil and sear the skewers for about 3 minutes per side.

    For serving, place a teaspoon of mayonnaise on each skewer and garnish with tarragon leaves.
